Join the Stretch & Flexibility Workshop with Merran Paice
This class is designed for beginner through to experienced clients. The 60-minute class will take you through exercises to increase your flexibility and stretch your muscles that tighten when doing other forms of exercise. The class will incorporate movements from Pilates, dance and yoga; combining mat work, barre stretching and resistance bands.
Stretching is important for protecting your muscles and improving your muscle tone. This class is ideal for clients doing Pilates, barre or Zumba classes with us that need to stretch out their muscles after working hard!
Merran has had a passion for dance and movement from a young age, starting ballet when she was only 4 years old. Her passion progressed into teaching dancing, both classical and jazz, and has taken her further into the health & fitness industry through her work as both a Barre and Pilates instructor. She is passionate about living a healthy and active lifestyle and loves to combine her passions into supporting others to achieve their health goals.
