WHAT WE DO

We are a boutique Pilates Reformer studio, with a modern and balanced approach to exercise. Our method strengthens the core and back, improves posture and balance, increases flexibility, helps correct muscle imbalances, and strengthens the body as a whole. Exercises recruit smaller, often neglected muscles, helping prevent injury and bulkiness, and instead promoting a balanced and toned body.

HOW WE DO IT

Endless lifestyle Studio focuses on small group fitness and private training, using spring-loaded resistance and body-weight exercises on the ultramodern Allegro 2 Reformer. We enjoy working out to music and having a good time while creating strong bodies and minds.

BOUTIQUE EXPERIENCE

Everyone is welcome! Our exceptional instructors deliver quality training for all fitness levels. We keep our class sizes small to focus on proper form and alignment so you get the most out of every workout. Our method is gentle on joints, and we offer modifications to those who need them.  

All of our instructor-led classes run for 50 minutes.

Mat Studio Classes

Boxing: Boxing is a great form of cardio exercise. It involves high intensity training to help you burn plenty of calories while you have fun working out. Boxing can definitely help you shed those extra kilos. Boxing training is also the perfect stress release. It provides you with a chance to escape what’s worrying you in your life and relieve some of the stresses you have in a controlled environment. You will leave feeling much calmer and more relaxed. 50 minutes long (ONE ON ONE)

BootyBarre: Booty Barre classes are simply ballet-inspired, mixed elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and functional training. Barre is a full body workout, designed to tone the entire body, giving you long, lean muscles. Be prepared to get S-W-E-A-T. 50 minutes long

Stretch & Release: Decreased Risk of Injury, An effective flexibility training program can improve your physical performance and help reduce your risk of injury. by improving your range of motion, your body requires less energy to make the same movements. Improved PostureBy stretching in right way, you can improve muscular balance and your posture.And also reduce lower back pain, increased blood flow and nutrients soft tissues, better overall health and vitality, So stretching is not just a part of a workout, it can be a workout by itself. 50 minutes long

Hot Pilates: A LITTLE SELF-CARE GOES A LONG WAY A restorative Mat Pilates class focused on relieving tight muscles, improving range of motion, and increasing flexibility. you will tone muscles and strengthen your CORE. A fantastic high-intensity workout designed to sculpture your body shape by focusing on strengthening the CORE. means NO BACK PAIN. A variety of props may be used including, bands, dumbbells, magical rings and foam rollers. Hot fitness pilates is not about room temperature its about body temperature. Suitable for all levels.  50 minutes long.

 

Reformer Studio Classes

Pilates Reformer Complete:  IT’S ALL ABOUT CONTROL AND PRECISION

On the reformer machine, you will tone muscles, improve flexibility and balance, and strengthen your core. We pay special attention to proper body alignment and movement control, making sure no muscle gets left behind! This class is great to prepare you for Sculpt & Cardio classes. Suitable for all levels.  50 minutes long.

Pilates Reformer Cardio/Jump:  GET YOUR CARDIO ON!

The combination of jumping (lying down) and strength exercises all on the reformer machine is a great low-impact cardio workout. This class was made to make you shake, sweat, and have fun! If you are new to reformer workouts, please attend the Complete class prior to taking this class.

Not appropriate for clients who are injured or pregnant. 50 minutes long.


pilates reformer flow:  WHERE YOUR REFORMER PRACTICE MEETS YOUR INNER YOGI

Bringing a little yoga moves to the reformer to challenge balance, flexibility, and strength. This class focuses on staying centered by controlling every movement, supported by your core.  you will flow from one movement to the next while paying close attention to the breath. Suitable for all levels. 50 minutes long.

Pilates Reformer Sculpt: COME READY TO SWEAT, AND PREPARE TO LEAVE EMPOWERED!

This intermediate reformer class is a fusion of Pilates-based exercises and fitness drills to increase the intensity of your workout. You’ll make quick transitions between moves to keep your heart rate up. If you are new to reformer workouts, please attend the complete class prior to taking this class. Not appropriate for clients who are injured or pregnant. 50 minutes long.

Prenatal Pilates: IT IS NICE TO HAVE AN ADDED INCENTIVE TO WORK OUT

This prenatal Pilates has not designed only builds strength, balance and stamina, but can help you have an easier labor, too. Doing Pilates throughout your pregnancy will help keep you relaxed during delivery. ( ONE ON ONE ONLY )

Postnatal Pilates: PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR PELVIC FLOOR

It’s natural and normal for your posture and pelvic floor to change during pregnancy, this postnatal Pilates class has designed to help you how return all your body back even much better than before.
