Pilates Reformer Cardio: The ultimate high-intensity workout using the Reformer. It is designed for those who wants to take their body to the limit for the ultimate core workout. Maximum class size of 6.
pilates reformer flow: Is step up from the beginners level class with more challenging choreography and increase in pace and intensity. this class explores more of the intermediate exercises with a focus on adding flow and endurance to your Pilates experience using fluid sequence that build stamina and improve coordination & flexibility.
